Scope of Work

The teacher/Bible worker will reside within the village for community engagement by conducting health surveys to provide basic health care, education, and learning assistance through ALS until examination time and conduct a discipleship contextualized program for the Taladaandig Tribe in Sitio Tunogan, Lilingayon, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Qualification Standard

Deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out His teachings.
Experience in evangelism, small group ministry, or church planting (preferred).
Graduate education or teaching experience is a plus, especially for those involved in training, mentoring, or educational ministry.
Understanding of CPM principles and willingness to be trained in them.
Ability to adapt to different cultures and live simply in community settings.
Passion for reaching the unreached and seeing transformation through the gospel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Female is Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Connect among the people and build authentic, trusting relationships through learning local culture and language
Provide education to the community through Alternative Learning System
Submit reports to ALS coordinator and participate necessary training of ALS
Provide basic health care to the community
Conduct inductive and/or deductive bible study to share the gospel contextually and disciple/train individuals in a way that leads to genuine heart transformation and find the man of peace
Equip local believers in obedience-based discipleship and spiritual leadership.
Foster multiplication by mentoring 2nd and 3rd generation leaders.
Work closely with local leaders, churches, and ministries for collaborative mission impact.
Organize prayer walks, intercessory prayer, and fasting for unreached areas.
Submit ministry activity reports every 2 weeks or monthly.
Attend monthly meeting with the Evangelism department
