
Scope of Work
Operate and maintain assigned vehicles safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety standards. Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after use, including fuel levels, tire condition, brakes, and overall cleanliness. Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting when minor issues arise, and promptly report more serious mechanical problems for proper servicing. Ensure all required documents, permits, and safety equipment are complete and up to date.
Support the department in achieving its targets by carrying out transport tasks efficiently, assisting with scheduling, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely and reliable service delivery. Be flexible in assisting other teams or departments when needed, especially during peak workloads or special activities.
Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with passengers, staff, and stakeholders. Participate actively in meetings, briefings, and organizational activities, including spiritual programs, while contributing to a positive, respectful, and cooperative work environment.
Qualification Standard
- At least 2-year full time missionary experience in any ministry recognized by the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Must have a current professional Driver’s license
- At least 2 years experience in Vehicle Maintenance, Repair and Troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in Traffic/Road Safety Standards
- Active in evangelism and willing to move forward beyond boundaries
- Committed and dedicated to do full time missionary work
- Baptized and active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains and safely operates vehicles and equipment
- Carries out targets and deliverables given by the Department Head
- Attends Department strategic planning activities to carry out and accomplish the targets promptly
- Attends weekly meeting with other staff in order to give feedback and updates with the deliverables
- Carries urgent instructions from the Department Head in connection with PAMAS operations.
- Provides manpower support to other Divisions and Departments
- Attends regularly Team Worships and United Prayers
- Performs other related functions
