
Scope of Work
Responsible for supporting the planning, creation, and distribution of multimedia content to enhance the ministry’s visibility and audience engagement. This role involves both creative and technical tasks across digital and physical media platforms, ensuring that content aligns with the ministry communication objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability
- Experience with camera equipment and basic lighting/audio setups is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic graphic design skills
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of media campaigns and content strategies
- Capture and edit photos and videos for promotional, educational, and internal use
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging content
- Monitor media trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve outreach
- Maintain media equipment and ensure proper storage and organization of digital assets
- Support live event coverage including setup, documentation, and post-event media production
- Attends regularly Team Worships and United Prayers
- Performs other related functions
