Scope of Work
Prepare and process food products according to PAMAS standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch. Maintain cleanliness and strict food safety practices at all times. Operate and handle production equipment efficiently, follow set production schedules, and monitor product quality. Assist in packaging, inventory management, and distribution while supporting overall daily production operations, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, meeting production targets, and maintaining organized and efficient workflow at all times.
Qualification Standard
- At least high school graduate; vocational or TESDA training in Food Processing/Baking is an advantage
- At least 1–2 years experience in food production, bakery, or kitchen operations preferred
- With experience in preparation and production of frozen products
- Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- Knowledgeable in hydrotherapy, massage, and cleansing programs
- Able to follow recipes, production procedures, and quality standards
- Experience in operating basic food production equipment is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
- Committed and dedicated to full-time missionary work
- Baptized and active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church preferred
- Food handling certificate (if available) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Leads in preparation and mixing of ingredients according to recipes
- Operates baking and food production equipment such as ovens, mixers, etc.
- Bakes and decorates goods to ensure variety, quality, and standard output
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workplace
- Ensures product quality and consistency
- Follows production schedules and meets set targets
- Assists in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Assists in sales and distribution of production products
- Assists in the production of frozen food items
- Attends weekly departmental meetings to provide feedback and updates on deliverables.
- Provides manpower support to other divisions and departments as needed
- Attends regular team worships and united prayers
- Performs other related functions as assigned by the supervisor or department head
