Scope of Work
Carry out assigned construction tasks with diligence and attention to detail, ensuring that all work aligns with established project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Consistently strive to meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Actively support team members by collaborating effectively, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Participate fully in scheduled meetings to stay informed, provide updates, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Additionally, engage in spiritual activities and company programs that promote personal growth, unity, and a strong sense of purpose within the team.
Qualification Standard
- 2-years full time missionary experience preferred
- At least 2 years experience in Construction Implementation i.e. Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical etc.
- Committed and dedicated to do full time missionary work
- Baptized and active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Performs a wide range of construction works and related activities, including but not limited to fabrication, masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks. Executes each responsibility with precision and adherence to established standards, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Demonstrates versatility and adaptability by handling different types of assignments across multiple disciplines, while maintaining a strong commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement..
- Implements the project as per Plan/Design
- Carries out targets and deliverables given by the Department Head
- Attends Department strategic planning activities to carry out and accomplish the targets promptly
- Attends weekly meetings with other staff members to provide timely feedback and share updates on assigned deliverables. Communicates progress, challenges, and accomplishments clearly and professionally, ensuring alignment with team goals and project timelines. Actively participates in discussions, contributes insights, and collaborates with colleagues to address issues, improve processes, and support the successful completion of tasks and objectives.
- Provides manpower support to other Divisions and Departments
- Attends regularly Team Worships and United Prayers
- Performs other PAMAS related functions
