Sowing Choices, Reaping Consequences
We have a saying: what is sown is what is reaped. For instance, when you plant a coconut, it doesn’t bear fruit immediately. It may take a year, two years, or even ten years before it bears fruit. After ten years of wandering the world and making poor decisions, I reaped the consequences of neglecting my health—I became seriously ill. At one point, I thought my illness would be the end, and that I would soon die. But in my darkest moment, I learned the most important lesson of my life: to trust in God.

A Dream That Changed Everything
However, God showed me immense love. One day, I had a dream. At noon, I found myself standing on top of a mountain, gazing at the white clouds. In those clouds, there was a large opening, and from it, a very loving hand came down and gently brushed my hair. A voice spoke to me, saying, “Don’t be afraid. Trust in God.” That was the moment I began searching for God—and I found Him through Bible study with a Bible worker from PAMAS.
Through learning the doctrines and knowing more about God, my life began to fill with light, and I slowly recovered from my illness. This led me to become a lay evangelist and fellow worker of PAMAS, and I’ve now been involved in this ministry for about eight years.

The Joy of Serving Despite Hardships
I have experienced going house-to-house for a week without food—all for the sake of God’s work. Yet these challenges bring me joy, because in my heart, I believe that neither hunger nor exhaustion should hinder the service of the Lord. The gospel must be shared with full love and wholehearted dedication. As I walk through streets and barangays, my faith carries me, knowing that God is with me.
There have been trials, too. Sometimes, when I approach a house, people see the Bible worker and immediately close the door. Though it hurts, I see it as a test—because bringing even one soul to Jesus’ feet is not easy. There are also trials within the church I serve. I struggle helping young people develop a faith centered on God. I desire to help redirect their strength away from earthly things toward a deeper devotion to Jesus.

A Hope-Filled Mission
My greatest aspiration is to be among those who, when Jesus comes, will joyfully and eagerly advance toward His promised celestial city. Wherever God sends me, I hope the people I encounter will live in the knowledge of the Lord. That they may glorify Him in both words and actions. My prayer is that they will continually exalt His name and give praise to Him.

I constantly seek guidance from the Lord. There isn’t a night that goes by that I don’t cry out to Him, asking for wisdom to help the young people and the brethren. May they realize that when Jesus left His heavenly home, He did not stop until He gave His life for us. His love never faltered.
My dream is to bring more than one soul to the feet of Jesus. The time to offer our lives to Him is now. Now is the time to come to Him, for He is soon to return. Let us remain faithful and continue to trust in God, because He will always be faithful to us.
